Our engagement usually begins through a comprehensive diagnosis of your organization’s alignment and your readiness as a CEO to move on, up, or back. We then facilitate a 2 day leadership offsite to start filling in the gaps.

Together, we’ll establish your organization’s strategic foundation through your Field Guide—your adaptive strategic plan for the following 12-15 months with a focus on the next 90 days. This includes building or refining your organization’s dream, problem, mission, values, mission goal, solution, business model driver, strategic goal, strategic priorities, enterprise project plan, and org design shifts needed to address critical challenges and opportunities.

From there, we move into expansion work through a quarterly strategic planning rhythm with monthly check-ins and advisory services.

Finally, we help multiply your capacity for mission fulfillment through a customized leader and org development package.

Executive Coaching Program

Executive leadership Coaching for CEOs, Senior Leaders, and emerging leaders

Our executive coaching program is more than your typical series of coaching sessions. In six month strategic arcs, we provide a multi-modal approach to guide you weekly through The Formation Method’s eight practices where you’ll:

  • Connect with yourself and your relationships so you know yourself better to lead yourself better.

  • Make sense of the cultural forces conspiring against you, identify challenges and opportunities, explore them, and receive expert advice.

  • Create new habits, practices, and work that usher you into increasing health, influence, and meaningful leadership of your team and organization.

Included in the program are:

  • Weekly executive coaching using The Formation Method and multi-modal guidance to navigate the client into the process of being a fully formed leader, including but not limited to guidance through challenges and opportunities related to emotional and relational awareness, leadership development, team development, and organizational development.

  • A customized Leadership Field Guide, your personal adaptive strategic plan for your work and leadership, which you’ll draft and complete with your coach in the first four months of the program.
